From my first contact with Mark at Jacksons Funeral Services to my last, I felt that he and his team was ensuring that my needs were met. I had rang other funeral places but didn’t feel the warmth generated by Jacksons. Even little things like a phone call out the blue to check everything was ok, just made it feel very personal to me. The fees quoted were adhered to (some things which are clearly explained are extras) but the final fee was less than others were quoting. I never felt pressured or rushed in all my dealings. A big thank you and well done the whole team both front of house and behind the scenes. I used the Oxley Branch.

A huge thank you for being there from the start to right at the end. You made the whole process a lot easier knowing both L***** & S**** were both being cared for to a high standard….words can’t express how eternally grateful we all were, as a family.
