Hi Mark,
Sorry it has taken so long to get in touch, I’ve been thinking about emailing you every day since the service.
We all wanted to thank you for all your hard work, and for helping to make mum’s send off the best it could be, especially in light of our last minute situation with all the arrangements! Your team looked after us really well on the day, and made us feel as calm and settled as possible. Ken, the Funeral Director, was really respectful, kind and calming, and the hearse driver ensured they didn’t lose either of the cars following and even pulled over when we did get separated, which took the stress out of the journey. Tracy did a brilliant job too (I will email her separately) so thank you for recommending her. Everyone did a great job with the placement of the teddies etc, and the flowers were beautiful. So a massive thank you all round to you, and to all involved for doing a fantastic job for us, and helping us through a really difficult time.
The recommendation of Mercia Forest Crematorium was also excellent. It is a nice facility, the staff were very kind and helpful and they did a great job with placement the fairy lights we provided them with, as did everyone in managing to get the ones back off the casket! Everything went smoothly, and we felt supported through the whole journey.
So anyway, Thank you again for all your hard work and support, It is very much appreciated.

We were looking for a family business to carry out my husband’s funeral – not a large impersonal business and M Jackson & Son suited perfectly. Their funeral home was lovely, everything we asked for was provided, Mark even managed to find the wooden handles I had requested. The funeral service went exactly as we had requested. We were particularly impressed with how my husband was presented to us in the Chapel of Rest, this was so important to me.
We were more than pleased with the care and attention we received under very difficult circumstances and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you if the occasion arose.

Hi Mark,
Just a quick note to say thanks for all you have done for us over the past few weeks. After trawling the internet we are so happy that we found your family company…a breath of fresh air after dealing with (******* Funeral Directors) in the past. With them being one of the biggest in Wolverhampton you would expect more but they let us down terribly when dealing with my dad…they brought the wrong flowers and turned up late. After that there was no way Mom was going to the same company so that’s how we found you. The whole family were delighted with your services and your sympathetic attitude during the arrangements…we always felt that we were put first, even answered an email at 10pm…now that’s service! We will definitely be recommending your services to others, its about time these big companies understood there are more important things than profit.
