Dear Mark, Debbie and the staff at M Jackson & Son Funerals,

I just wanted to write to say thank you for arranging the funeral of my late husband B****. My family and I are so pleased with our decision to choose you to take charge of proceedings. I did call a couple of other companies to enquire about costs etc however from my first call to you [when I spoke with Debbie] and after our first meeting we just felt so comfortable and safe…it just felt right – if you know what I mean. As for the service…well at my time of life we are unfortunately going to more and more funerals and I have to say you did us all proud…excellent service and attention to detail was amazing. Afterwards, at the wake, I have to tell you that you were spoken very highly of with quite a few people asking who we had used to make the arrangements and how well it had all gone.
