Just a quick note to say thanks for all you have done for us over the past few weeks. After trawling the internet we are so happy that we found your family company…a breath of fresh air after dealing with (******* Funeral Directors) in the past. With them being one of the biggest in Wolverhampton you would expect more but they let us down terribly when dealing with my dad…they brought the wrong flowers and turned up late. After that there was no way Mom was going to the same company so that’s how we found you. The whole family were delighted with your services and your sympathetic attitude during the arrangements…we always felt that we were put first, even answered an email at 10pm…now that’s service! We will definitely be recommending your services to others, its about time these big companies understood there are more important things than profit.

Very warm, understanding & professional, everything was considered and planed.
Trying to accommodate a request from a grandchild in Australia who could not attend other than by ‘FaceTime’ was an odd request but it was so very important for her to say goodbye to her grandma. All was handled with care, dignity and compassion and this transformed the hurt my daughter felt. I was so grateful.
