After trawling the internet we are so happy that we found your family company…a breath of fresh air after dealing with (******* Funeral Directors) in the past. With them being one of the biggest in Wolverhampton you would expect more but they let us down terribly when dealing with my dad…they brought the wrong flowers and turned up late. After that there was no way Mom was going to the same company so that’s how we found you. The whole family were delighted with your services and your sympathetic attitude during the arrangements…we always felt that we were put first, even answered an email at 10pm…now that’s service! From my first contact with Mark at Jacksons Funeral Services to my last, I felt that he and his team was ensuring that my needs were met. I had rang other funeral places but didn’t feel the warmth generated by Jacksons. Even little things like a phone call out the blue to check everything was ok, just made it feel very personal to me. The fees quoted were adhered to (some things which are clearly explained are extras) but the final fee was less than others were quoting. I never felt pressured or rushed in all my dealings. A big thank you and well done the whole team both front of house and behind the scenes. I used the Oxley Branch.

My mother passed away recently and unsure what to do a friend told us to come and see Mark & Debbie at M Jackson & Son Funeral Services, Tettenhall. We liked the idea of a family business looking after Mom so we paid them a visit.
