From my first contact with Mark at Jacksons Funeral Services to my last, I felt that he and his team was ensuring that my needs were met. I had rang other funeral places but didn’t feel the warmth generated by Jacksons. Even little things like a phone call out the blue to check everything was ok, just made it feel very personal to me. The fees quoted were adhered to (some things which are clearly explained are extras) but the final fee was less than others were quoting. I never felt pressured or rushed in all my dealings.
