Whilst I’m writing to you can you please accept all of our families thanks for the way Jacksons have conducted mom’s funeral service, many of the guests at the service commented on the words Les used as being wonderful and full of love, I have spoken and written to Les about this, we were also very pleased with how your father directed all of the proceedings on the day and although it’s not usually the done thing in society to recommended an undertaker, we certainly would definitely recommend your services to anyone.
