Just wanted to say thank you so much for looking after our mother. I don’t know how you do what you do but both you and your wife Debbie deserve medals…you were both absolutely fantastic. You guided us through every part of the funeral process with ease, were professional and respectful at all times, whilst somehow managing to keep us smiling at this sad time….Mark your kind words meant so much me – you instinctively knew when I need support and always knew what to say to keep us focused on Mom and what she would have wanted….even when I emailed you at night I was so surprised to get a reply almost straight away…and that was after 11pm I think! so your dedication and service is by far the best…Debbie thanks for the hugs and copious amounts of coffee, we got though it just like you said we would but only thanks to you. After being let down terribly by ******** and *** **** on past funerals we have arranged we are so glad you were recommended to us and will gladly pass on your details to others who are in need of your services.
