Just a small gift to say how much I appreciated all you did for me and Bob; the care you gave him and the support you gave me. “Above & Beyond” hardly describes it and my appreciation. I am sure both you and Mark made all the difference to me coping with the loss of a very special and caring man who deserved so much but was taken so unexpectedly and early.
