You guided us through every part of the funeral process with ease, were professional and respectful at all times, whilst somehow managing to keep us smiling at this sad time….Mark your kind words meant so much me – you instinctively knew when I need support and always knew what to say to keep us focused on Mom and what she would have wanted….even when I emailed you at night I was so surprised to get a reply almost straight away…and that was after 11pm I think! so your dedication and service is by far the best…Debbie thanks for the hugs and copious amounts of coffee, we got though it just like you said we would but only thanks to you.
