My mother passed away recently and unsure what to do a friend told us to come and see Mark & Debbie at M Jackson & Son Funeral Services, Tettenhall. We liked the idea of a family business looking after Mom so we paid them a visit. On visiting and talking with Mark our minds were put at ease straight away with all aspects of the funeral was discussed in detail, we came away safe in the knowledge that Mom would be well looked after. I just wanted to write to say thank you for arranging the funeral of my late husband B****. My family and I are so pleased with our decision to choose you to take charge of proceedings. I did call a couple of other companies to enquire about costs etc however from my first call to you [when I spoke with Debbie] and after our first meeting we just felt so comfortable and safe…it just felt right – if you know what I mean. As for the service…well at my time of life we are unfortunately going to more and more funerals and I have to say you did us all proud…excellent service and attention to detail was amazing. Afterwards, at the wake, I have to tell you that you were spoken very highly of with quite a few people asking who we had used to make the arrangements and how well it had all gone.
